Who Am I?

Hi, I'm Olive and I want to share with the world all of the little things that I find and love. This blog is mainly going to consist of music recommendations, fashion and beauty information/ideas, titbits of information about life and that sort of thing, and a few spelling mistakes along the way. Sorry if I do spell some things wrong, I try my best :)

Because this is my first post, I wanted to share with you a little bit of one of my favourite things ever, and that is music, more specifically, Modest Mouse. I recently got a copy of the CD 'Good News for People Who Love Bad News' which I have been after since it came out in 2004! I was constantly borrowing it off a friend of mine, who happens to have excellent music taste.

This album is definitely one of their best, in my opinion. You can definitely hear the Pixies influence coming through, which is a really good thing. There is a mixture of loud and quiet and loads of amazing guitar riffs. I also find that front-man Isaac Brock has a really interesting voice, with lots of different sounds, and I love it! If you haven't already got this album, I really recommend it, especially if you're into the Pixies' sound!
